I got the Platinum, 75 minute option. It was nice overall, and included a scalp analysis, which was pretty cool. It was relaxing, but for some reason I left feeling a little underwhelmed. I also got home and realized the entire back of my head still had a lot of oil or product in it, which felt kind of gross. I’m glad I did it, and I might try it again to see if it was just a fluke

So relaxing and my scalp feels great! They were even having trouble with the gift card my SIL gave me but made sure I was able to use it by calling a manager! I’ll definitely be back!

I dont see many reviews on facial care. I did Korean Aqua peel facial care. It was awesome. The tech (I believe her name is Rochelle?) took care of my skin carefully, in detail, and gently.

We received good communication from Venus Spa prior to our appointment. During our appointment, the staff were professional and provided a relaxing experience for my daughter and I.

Super relaxing, and staff was amazing.
