Absolutely fantastic treatment from Aze and Hugo... I have had my second session of Acupuncture and have always been sceptical about alternative medicines... However, after trying many different modalities for lower back pain, anxiety etc. I am starting to find some ease in my pain.. Long way to go but currently I am starting to feel some enjoyment of life again! x

I went with severe back pain as I'd twisted my back after my accupunture & massage the relief was immense very relieved l can sit down again.

Very polite and professional actually took my neck problems seriously and listened to me unlike my doctor, massage felt amazing, re booked straight away

i went yesterday for Acupuncure and massage. I am suffering from Sciatica. My leg isn;t as stiff as it was and I managed to get some sleep last night for the 1st time in a week. Aze and Hugo are lovely, vwey welcoming and seem very professional & Knowledgeable. Would reccomend giving them a try!

My first experience here was great! I received a warm welcome. The consultation was very useful and the team were able to easily identify the areas causing me problems in my shoulders, neck and back. I received cupping, acupuncture and a massage focused on these areas; all treatments were very therapeutic and relaxing and the problematic areas already feel less tense. I’d recommend At Home Holistic Therapies to friends/family and I’d go again!
