Steph is always amazing!! I tried the cryotherapy bed aka polar bear hug today and I am still in awe of that experience. It’s a float,an ice bath, a hug, switch off the world experience. Super-Young is a holiday close to home I can go to multiple times a week. The facilities, team and community are incredible. I feel 5-10 years younger after I visit, just like on a great holiday!

I have never tried any of the therapies in the discovery pack before except for a sauna. It was such a fun experience, trying them all and the people at Super Young were so friendly and helpful. Great experience

I try the dry cold plunge for 3 mins today and it was a lovely experience. It was great that you do not have to get wet to experience the effect of the ice therapy.

I had the HyrdaFacial and Fire and Ice Facial. Highly recommend a deep cleanse and exfoliation. Removed all black Heads and dead skin. Left my skin squeaky clean. Love!!!! Definitely book in for it!!!!!

Saw the team due to general fatigue. Took the InBody scanner test…turns out I wasn’t as fit & healthy as I thought I was! The nurse was super switched on to interpret my results. Started with a Cryotherapy session…brain fog was instantly gone. Coming back for full blood work…
