Steph is always amazing!! I tried the cryotherapy bed aka polar bear hug today and I am still in awe of that experience. It’s a float,an ice bath, a hug, switch off the world experience. It was such a great session. Cryotherapy, recovery boots, led treatment, sauna and ice bath. I feel reinvigorated totally.

My first cryotherapy experience was amazing. Derek was extremely knowledgeable about the process and put me at ease straight away. He answered any questions I had before and after. I felt full of energy and focused after the session! The team are so friendly and knowledgable of all the equipment in the studio and are so helpful. A fantastic first experience, thank you!

Feeling remarkably refreshed after my visit to Super-Young. Derek, thank you for your time today. You’ve got me hooked! Tried the cryotherapy chamber which was pretty exhilarating, I must say. Felt renewed after only a few minutes and it really wasn’t nearly as unbearable as I thought it might be ha! The team are phenomenal, the space itself stunning and the treatments are world class.
