Cryotherapy has been literally life saving for me. I recently had a pap smear ( 4 mths ago) & my results came back as abnormal as there were cancer cells found. I couldn’t get into my gynaecologist specialist for a few months but I continued with my weekly Cryo & red light sessions. Finally my appointment came & my results showed no cancer at all. She asked me what have you been doing? Exercise, clean eating & regular cryotherapy sessions… Obviously I’m over the moon with my results & will continue my weekly Cryo sessions to keep as healthy as I possibly can 🙏🙌💕

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cultivate Recovery - Newcastle provides an exceptional experience! The staff are incredibly supportive, creating a welcoming and safe environment that fosters true healing and growth. The facilities are top-notch, clean, and thoughtfully designed to meet every need.

The place is absolutely stunning, the lady was so lovely. Tried the Hyberbaric Chamber for the first time, was a weird feeling at first but I have felt so amazing for the rest of the afternoon, will 100% do it again. Also tried the spot cryotherapy on my knee and lower back as the pain has been so intense and the relief afterwards was insane and will defs be trying to do that regularly.

Had a great oesto session with Brendan. Very thorough and I feel I am on the road to recovery from an issue with my leg.Very happy to have found Brendan and the oasis that is Cultivate Recovery right in the heart of Newcastle East. Highly recommend.

I did the ice bath today and felt so supported throughout the session Sarah made me feel confident and comfortable in the ice bath and it got me through it so easily! I couldn’t recommend cultivate enough, such a good space to have in Newcastle to relax and recover.

I recently tried a cryotherapy session, and it was such a unique experience! When I stepped into the chamber, I was a bit nervous about the cold, but the staff explained everything and made me feel comfortable. The temperature dropped quickly, and it was definitely intense, but it only lasted a few minutes. During the session, I felt a tingling sensation all over my body, and afterward, I felt surprisingly energised and refreshed. The whole process was quick, and I’d definitely consider doing it again!

I thoroughly look forward to my recovery sessions at Cultivate!! It is such a comfortable, clean and friendly environment and I love that the workers care!! Dayne takes the time to get to know you and what your needs are - you can honestly tell how passionate he is about you getting the best care! Highly recommend!

I walked in off the street to enquire whether cryotherapy would help with a problem I had and Hayley was very friendly, helpful and professional. I was able to try cryotherapy straight away and was very happy with the results for my problem. I will definitely try again.

We had the best experience at Cultivate with Dane. The quality of everything was top notch and we left feeling refreshed and so satisfied. Book the sauna, oxygen chamber and cryo spot treatments asap!

Wow what an experience both a little scary and totally exhilarating. I went in for the Oxygen compression massage and the Cryotherapy. I have had a knee replacement and the recovery has been slow. Thought I would try something new. The staff recommended to me what to book in for and appointment was managed well. When I went for my appointment the staff were very informed of my problem knee. Will be back next week

Hayley was very welcoming and friendly. Explained everything thoroughly and made me feel comfortable. My treatments were LED Therapy, Oxygen Massage and Cryotherapy. Highly recommend you try any, or all of them!
