The depth of where these machines work are phenomenal! You truly notice such a positive difference when you walk out! The pain I had in my back when I walked in to the fact I could barely feel it when I walked out is beyond fabulous!

All available at under market prices just now! Anna leads a fantastic team. Kind & nurturing. Highly recommend having a chat with her about the numerous options. Loved my visits!

We always walk out of feel good nation feeling so amazing. Facilities are state of the art and the owner Mike is a super lovely, knowledgeable and interesting guy…we love chatting to him about anything health related, he offers a great perspective on things! I usually have a combo of red light therapy, normatec boots and infrared sauna. I went for a session last night, my body was really achey from a half marathon a couple of days earlier and I feel so much better today :))))) My husband has cryotherapy and the oxygen chamber (can’t remember what it’s called). This place is a gem
