Waiyee was very thorough in her questioning of what I was feeling in my problem area. And very helpful at talking me through why my neck had taken a bit of a turn. Extremely pleased at how much we got through in one session and went away with some suggestions at how to alleviate and also prevent similar pains in the future. Thank you!!

It was my first ever visit to a massage, Paul asked questions of myself and listened hard and then over the next hour or so gave me his professional skills and while doing so explained what he was doing and why. It was a great experience for me and he was great at making me feel comfortable with the procedure. I would highly recommend Paul.

I had a 45min session in the recovery compression boots and it was excellent. The space was very relaxing, clean and well set out. Filip was fantastic and took the time to get to know me in order to make the most of the session.
