I visited Black Ivy again today which marks about 1 year since I started getting a variety of treatments from Emma: fat dissolve, fillers, anti-wrinkle treatments and cryotherapy. I am always delighted with the results and would not go anywhere else. The cryotherapy was my most recent treatment that I hadn't had before and the results were nothing short of amazing. All of my skin tags on my neck disappeared almost immediately and did not scar. These tags were uncomfortable and unsightly and I am over the moon my skin is now blemish free. Emma is the best therapist I have ever seen. J

My 13 year old was complaining of a blocked ear. Instead of waiting for a doctors appointment and several months for ear syringing, I booked her a 15 minute ear microsuction session the next day and I'm so pleased I did! Her ear was full of wax. Ben handled her nerves very well and did a thorough and professional job as always. Thanks Black Ivy, full marks again.

Great service

Today I had a Lash life and Eye brow tint and today with the lovely Aimee. My lashes look unreal and have really lifted and my eyebrows are on point. Aimee is so lovely and easy to talk too which makes a great beauty therapist. The warm cosy blanket was just delightful, I could of nodded off. Very Happy with my results, will be back x

1st Exofusion treatment with Jill. Yet to see the results but I am hoping for great results! Thanks, Jill!

Amazing! Aimee was such a delight - I tend to get very nervous/anxious, but she made the entire experience so comfortable and fun that 2 hours went by like 2 minutes! She was so accomdating and welcoming to any adjustments and the conversations were such a good laugh, there's no way I can only visit once. Will definitely return, very happy with everything :)

Had my brows laminated by Aimee for maybe the 4th time now I think, and once again she smashed it! She is always so friendly and welcoming, chatty, you’re able to have a laugh with her and she is very knowledgeable and professional. Aimee has once again made my eyebrows look incredible!! Had my 3rd lash lift now with Aimee, I am once again amazed with the results! My lashes are so much more visible and they look incredible! Aimee is always so lovely and kind, when I feel nervous with this treatment (as I don’t like having my eyes touched normally) she manages to calm my nerves and is very attentive and checks in regularly to check if I am alright. Once again Aimee has done an incredible job with my lashes and I will 100% be booking again!
