I’m not sure who my masseur was (so sorry) but she was incredible! I’ve got lingering back problems from a fall last year and spent 5 nights on a blow up bed at Download festival. Came in for a deep tissue massage and feel like a new woman! Thank you so much ❤️

I had the best massage ever! The massage chairs are like no other I've used or seen. They massage you from you toes all the way to your head. Great value for money.All the machines at Zone Recovery are brand spanking new 2024 - 2025 technology. I have been to quite a few places that also offer oxygen chamber, Cryotherapy etc, and I have never used machines as advanced as these. I couldn't recommend more highly. I would give them 10 stars if I could

Marcia was a friendly and a great help to us navigating our way around the facility for the first time. He made sure we were comfortable and confident using the equipment and went out of his way to ensure our satisfaction. Perfect service as usual

Really helpful staff. I was unsure, but the red light was great. I had to ask to turn the heat off after 10 mins as it was too hot for me! I am waiting to see what the benefits prove to be after 1 session
