Another great massage done by Maria! I had a massive neck & back pain and she’s managed to deal with all that! Such a relief! She’s so knowledgeable and very professional. The treatment was finished with 2by4 trauma release and mobility therapy to the back arms and neck by both therapists Maria and Shahana, it felt amazing 🤩 I’ve been going to Holistic Rising more often now, highly recommended! Maria is a highly skilled, highly intuitive massage therapist with a kind, warm and friendly manner, who delivers deep tissue massages which managed to resolve physiological issues I had been dealing with for months. She has a gift for understanding what her clients need, and I cannot recommend her enough. I also recently experienced the ‘2 by 4’ massage, which combined two complementary treatments delivered at same time by two therapists. It was an extraordinary massage, reiki and energy healing in tandem with acupuncture and gentle physiotherapy - I highly recommend this to everyone!!

Had my appointment with Diego today and he made sure I understood the root of my problem and how to deal with it! We did several things and pays attention to detail when trying to figure out the cause of the problem! I received an excellent Hijama treatment from Shahana fatimah . I suffered from back and neck shoulder pain. She has a very calm nature, and provides an excellent and professional service. I am very happy with the treatment I have received and i recommend to anyone who wants massage or cupping.
