My first experience of cupping. Instant release and pain relief, neck, back, shoulders, arms. Good advice from Gemma around aftercare, following the treatment and further improvement can be expected over the next few days/weeks. Very pleased with my outcome.

Really good - I found Gemma very knowledgeable and responsive to my particular circumstances affecting my wellbeing. She was alos kind enough to let me have a mini trial of a cupping treatment as I said I was considering it for next time, or for my son who needed a treatment but was unsure if we would like it. The only thing that would have improved it was the use of essential oils along with coconut oil.

Absolutely loved my cupping treatment with Gemma. As someone who suffers with back pain a lot, I've had many treatments of different kinds over the years and nothing has ever hit those tense and achy muscles as well as the massage with cups did. Gemma was great throughout and created a wonderfully comfortable and serene atmosphere and checked in with me throughout. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

Managed to book a same day appointment for a sore neck/back after struggling to sleep. Play a lot of sport and many hours driving each week so muscles had tightened up. After a consultation with Gemma, the massage and cupping treatment began. Felt the benefits straight after and look forward to my next appointment. Great rooms and a range of other services. Would highly recommend Nourish Holistic Therapy.

I had my second cupping treatment with Gemma today, having had my first cupping therapy a couple of weeks ago and I was delighted with the results. I had a long standing issue with my piriformis and the pain was excruciating. Amazing first time experience can’t wait until next time . Sharon’s so knowledgeable and personable, the treatment room is a haven. The lymphatic drainage massage is something you never knew you needed, but definitely do. Booking system is easy and it sends handy reminders, essential for me. Virtually on my doorstep in Wolverton I couldn’t be happier.

Oh my goodness did I need a destress today . Thanks to Gemma my shoulders have lowered , my spine is aligned and my mental well being is restored. To top it all I smell scrummy.
