Really good - I found Gemma very knowledgeable and responsive to my particular circumstances affecting my wellbeing. She was alos kind enough to let me have a mini trial of a cupping treatment as I said I was considering it for next time, or for my son who needed a treatment but was unsure if we would like it. The only thing that would have improved it was the use of essential oils along with coconut oil.

Absolutely loved my cupping treatment with Gemma. As someone who suffers with back pain a lot, I've had many treatments of different kinds over the years and nothing has ever hit those tense and achy muscles as well as the massage with cups did. Gemma was great throughout and created a wonderfully comfortable and serene atmosphere and checked in with me throughout. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

Fantastic as always. I don’t know what I would do without Sharon. I have regular deep tissue massages for back spasms and problems whilst I wait for a hip replacement; ok it’s not a cure but I it helps so much to keep me as active as I possibly can be especially prior to surgery. She is so caring and I’m so glad I found her.

Amazing first time experience can’t wait until next time . Sharon’s so knowledgeable and personable, the treatment room is a haven. The lymphatic drainage massage is something you never knew you needed, but definitely do. Booking system is easy and it sends handy reminders, essential for me. Virtually on my doorstep in Wolverton I couldn’t be happier.

Gemma was brilliant, she fully explained the method of cupping to me and answered my questions. Made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the whole treatment. I left feeling throughly relaxed. Highly recommend 😊

As soon as you reach the top of the stairs in this building you feel relaxed, always a genuinely warm welcome. Had the most insightful experience during my reiki session with Gemma today. In the early stages so I’m not 100% sure where it will lead. I do know that something happens while I’m there, and in the days following. I have put my trust in Gemma and the process to enable me to explore and heal internal conflict. Next therapy sessions already booked.

Today I visited Nourish Holistic Therapy for the first time and I had a reflexology treatment with Gemma who has been really friendly and professional and took the time to answer all my questions. I really enjoyed the treatment and my feet feel so much lighter now! I'm looking forward to go back 😊 Paola

1st time with Gemma for cupping, this has got to be my favourite thing. I was not sure what to expect but it was amazing. I'm not going to say too much, just try it. Gemma is so good at it and gives good information from start to finish. i felt great, came away feeling amazing. 10/10
