I had a very painful neck & shoulder. My treatment today gave me incredible relief. I had some cupping on my back which has also been excellent. Can’t rate the treatment highly enough.

I’ve had two massage treatments (Sports massage; Neck, Shoulder, Scalp and Upper Back Massage) and they were both excellent - I have recommended Emily to friends, and I will be back soon!

I visited Mandala Therapy Centre in Bingham and had Cranial Balancing & Stress Release treatment. It’s a very relaxing and welcoming space and the therapist really listened to me and enquired about all my conditions. She was very professional and knowledgeable. After my first session I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. I already booked my next session for next week. I can highly recommend this to anyone!
