Sara is amazing and knowledgeable and skilled expert in massage therapy. This was my third time with her doing deep, sports, and lymphatic therapies. I learn so much about my body each time, my body aches always feel better, and she gives wonderful aftercare instructions. I would return for sure and highly recommend.

I was suffering shoulder and arm pain for some months and sessions with Bethan relieved this from the word go with some wonderful massage therapy and exercises.
