So I told you guys I would be back here. I am a month later when I first started here I was in so much pain all over my body after I had done chemotherapy for three years the first week of doing treatments, lymphatic, massages, hyperbaric chamber, and infrared pain subsided Now the pain is almost nonexistent for anybody who’s going through chemotherapy any type of sickness? I don’t care what it is. I highly highly recommend this place. And just for the record, I’ll be a longtime client. I suggest you do the same.

You can even buy a one day pass to enjoy and choose options that you like. They also do movement therapy in addition to all these wellness therapies that have made a huge difference in my life. There is no pressure for sales and you can choose whatever works best for you. The owners are magnificent and the services exceptional! I have been a member for years!

This is best establishment in all of North County. They have many services to choose from from physical training, chiropractic care, massage, therapy, foot detox, dry, sauna, infrared, sauna bed, Oxygen therapy and more... Including physical rehab and recovery programs. You will love this place

Wow we had a great workout today. Balanc on the Vibration machine with boxing gloves on and had a target we were hitting. Now that was a big twofold workout. Balance with punching the target. Then hyperbaric oxygen to recoup. Love it💜
