Fabulous. Have yet to be disappointed by skin fitness richmond. Had a slight sensitive reaction to the eyebrow waxing this time round which left me with some irritated redness and scabbing under my brows. But I had gotten them done twice within about 3 weeks so my skin was likely still recovering from the previous round. And despite the redness my brows and lashes look fantastic! And the redness/scabbing has nearly cleared up within 3 days. Always leave my appointments 100% satisfied with the results.

My experience was amazing! I cannot remember my hairdressers name sadly but she was sooooo good. She talked to me about what I like and don’t like about the haircut I wanted, and just as very good communication skills at understanding what I wanted! And then delivered on such a good haircut and made sure I was happy with it. She even went the extra mile to put some rollers in my hair to try and get a curl in my hair while blow drying and it just made me feel very pampered. Very happy.

Went in for a wax, walked out with both.a wax and a haircut! The wax was the best I've had in a long time, so thorough with making sure they got all the hair. The haircut was equally amazing, I had a previous cut which I just wasn't feeling and mentioned it to my beautician and before I knew it I had a consult, cut and new hair style that I love. Thank you! 💕

My son had his first haircut in a salon. I was a bit worried as I didn’t know how he would react. The hairdresser was really flexible and friendly which made my son feel at ease.

OMG Linda...I just had the most amazing massage with Tahlia. Drove to Richmond to your hair and beauty salon with traffick only to find myself surrounded by luscious greens white sand and turqoise waters. Tahlia made me drift away ..I didn't want to wake up..I was sooo enjoying that cocktail🤣🤣this needs to be continued .... honestly she listened to me when I told her my area of concern and she fully focus on those parts....well done Tahlia can't wait to see where I drift away next❣

My gosh words cannot express how grateful I am for Joanne and the experience with my 2.5 year olds haircut. My boy screams the house down with any past haircut but our experience today was unbelievable he was like a different kid not a tear shed and he FINALLY walked out with a super cute fresh cut! Our son absolutely hated haircuts and we had heard Skin Fitness was the place to go, so we booked a sensory cut with Jo and she was amazing for our son. Fingers crossed for less tantrums next time.

Our sensory haircut experience was great. I was not sure what to expect when booking the sensory haircut but I had seen other experiences were good due to support groups I am active in for my autistic twin boys. The lady who greeted us at reception took my boys & myself to a quiet room that had couches and of course a big TV where they could watch YouTube. This really helped because it was away from others and the loud nosies hair-dryers can make. Jo who cut my boys hair was friendly, welcoming and made my boys feel at ease. Having the separate room really helped. Thank you, sorry were late xx
