My first visit was amazing. From the get go I was treated with a warm friendly and inviting smile from Col. He took me through the process and explained everything. I had a cocoon pod which I really enjoyed and totally relaxed. Afterwards varying options to best meet my needs were discussed. I was very impressed with the knowledge that was shared with me. I have booked again for a couple days time. I remained comfortable and pain was greatly diminished after my first session. I also slept well- which was sooooo good.

I am someone who finds he hard to wind down and relax but I was sleeping during my massage with Gabby. It was one of the most relaxing massages I have experienced. I also find it hard to sleep but post my massage, I slept through the night which never happens! Highly recommend 🙏🏽

Following Col's explanation of the equipment and the expected experience during my first cocoon session, I comfortably settled in and savored every moment of the infrared heat combined with the massage. A refreshing shower afterward prepared me for the day ahead at work. This exhilarating experience has become an essential part of my new fitness journey!
