If we could rate higher, we would. The facial was amazing; my skin looked hydrated and refreshed, the massage was perfect; they made sure to check in multiple times that the pressure was ok and I was comfortable and the spa was amazing! My husband sinuses have been blocked for weeks and the sauna helped him breathe so much better. The communication was above and beyond, they made sure we knew were to park and kept us in the loop with repairs going on at the spa and members of staff away. They were accommodating and very approachable. We will definitely be back! :)

Best deep tissue massage I've had in surfers paradise. Hot stone and foot massage also. Kai is brilliant at what he does and really makes you feel comfortable. Will definitely return . Great price too for couple massage

I have seen EJ a number of times now. Each visit, I leave feeling like so much space has opened in my body and relaxed; I practically float out! I find EJ's massaging both thoughtful and intuitive. I couldn't imagine seeing anyone else. I highly recommend EJ as a massage therapist that you must have. She knows exactly where the tight spots are and has a really good massage technique that is relaxing but also firm. She is located in Mermaid Beach.

Best couples massage. It was an amazingly relaxing massage, the hot stones were amazing and the masseuse checked in to see if the pressure was okay. Both my partner and I left feeling great.

Lovely venue, kind therapist and relaxing experience. Massage pressure requested was firm remedial massage and it was more of a relaxtion massage. Dry body brushing was only done on back of my legs.

Absolutely loved the Spa, the place is beautiful and has great energy. The perfect place to relax. My deep tissue massage was delightful. It was really beautiful and the staff were delightful. There is room for improvement which I'm sure they will do being a new business. My remedial massage was too soft despite asking her to go harder. They didn't supply hot moist towels to wipe off the oil, the essential oil that I paid extra for, was very weak in scent, usually before my feet are massaged, they get wiped with a warm moist towel, this didn't happen, there was no candle or diffuser in the room to make the place smell nice and the one in reception was not on. The music was a bit more upbeat than spa like. Still, would go again

Charley is simply the best. The entire experience is personalised and thoughtful. The smallest details make all the difference. Little things like aromatherapy, warm cloths on your feet, warm massage oil and special balm with the deep tissue massage leave you feeling revived and refreshed after your message. I waited a day to write my review because I wanted to include how great I feel today. I had an incredible sleep, a great training session and overall my body feels amazing. Charley is a 10/10 and your experience will be too.

Great experience as always. Friendly, caring staff - they’re like one big, happy family. Shania does my hair and she always makes it look amazing. They take their time to make sure it’s done perfectly. She does great head massages. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
