My first deep tissue muscle massage was lovely. The atmosphere in the salon room was very relaxing, the oils used created a hot warmth on my back. A very thorough massage getting into the tense areas. I would recommend and given I sit in an office chair for hours I'll be re booking.

Was intrigued as to the treatments that were offered so booked with Alexandra, she was incredibly professional explaining the treatment l. Soon the treatment started and I was completely relaxed and becoming de stressed by the minute. The facilities were immaculate, staff professional and prices more than fair, in fact below what you would pay anywhere else to have these organic products used. An absolute hidden gem of Lytham. Attended for a massage for what I believed were two compleyely unrelated issues; hip and migraine pain. However, following the initial consultation it was explained the correlation between the two which npw makes perfect sense after years of pain. Very professional and knowledgable which evidently comes from a wealth of experience. Feeling hopeful that I can be fixed after all !! Rebooked for 2 weeks time !! Highly recommended
