My deep tissue manages with Alison are always fab, she really helps get out all the knots and relieve a lot of tension. Highly recommend Alison generally, and this type of massage in particular, especially if you like a good pummelling to de-stress!

A profound experience today! I thought I had a pretty good understanding of how connected the mind and body are, until my session with Alison today. Natasha was great! Had a deep tissue massage as I’ve been suffering from whiplash and wasn’t sure if this would help or be too painful to withstand. I’m so grateful to Natasha as it’s helped so much with the tension on the middle of my back. I can’t wait till I have the next treatment as feeling this has helped me with the stretches I’ve been shown by the physio to recovery. Just wish I had of had it sooner.
