My deep tissue manages with Alison are always fab, she really helps get out all the knots and relieve a lot of tension. Highly recommend Alison generally, and this type of massage in particular, especially if you like a good pummelling to de-stress!

A profound experience today! I thought I had a pretty good understanding of how connected the mind and body are, until my session with Alison today. The past few months I’ve been exploring deep and complex issues with work and have had no processing / decompression time.
