Was a bit soar afterwards due to all my injuries leg feels a lot better today than it has in a long while as I suffer with tendonopathy and arthritis right shoulder still a bit soar due to torn rota cuff but I have more movement and definitely a lot looser wasn't going to have the foot massage but did and was very surprised how good it was would highly recommend full body hot lava shell massage for aches pains and stiff muscles thankyou very much

I would highly recommend Gabby for a deep tissue massage. She is such a good listener and so knowledgeable about the human body tailoring the massage to your needs. She makes you feel so welcome and comfortable and explains problem areas and offers advice. Highly recommend.

Gabby is amazing! I have been treated by so many different people for back pain over the many years but nobody is as good as Gabby. She is so knowledgeable and always adapts the deep tissue massage to help me. She genuinely loves her job and enjoys making people feel better and out of pain. Absolutely fabulous back massage today.

Jo was very welcoming. Room was tranquil and had soft music. Towel was ready warmed which was a nice touch. I had the deep tissue Thai massage and focus on my shoulders and hips really helped to relive some of my aches with oils that smelt amazing followed by a lemongrass tea before I left. I will definitely go again but for longer next time. It was a proper full hour but it went so quick. Highly recommend.

I had a Thai deep tissue massage today and it was great. Jo has an amazing attention to detail, she worked on all knots, with good amount of pressure applied. I will definitely visit again! And the lemongrass tea was a nice touch on the end.

Jo is caring and attentive is an excellent masseaur. Since she provides me with deep tissue massage, my leg pain and stiffness have been reduced significantly. Highly recommend her.
