Amazing deep tissue massage exactly where I needed has given me such pain relief. Can’t wait for the next one!

Class. I had a bad shoulder which was causing a lot of pain from daily movement and couldn’t move my arm much higher than halfway. After one session with Lydia I got full movement back and the majority of the pain subsided. Each subsequent session has improved this further and I can carry on with daily life and exercise with confidence, knowing Lydia will be able to work out any future issues. Great conversation, lovely atmosphere and professional service to boot. Lydia is brilliant and I couldn’t recommend her more.
