I booked lower body Deep Tissue massage, because of the onset of DOMs, having returned back to CrossFit training. The massage was just right and eased the confused muscles to relax and recover.

Peter was very good but the actual place itself wasn’t very warm not comfortable for a massage also the towel I was given was damp. I would like to return but needs to heat the place up before clients come in, it was at 10am but it should have been warmer.

This was my second visit with Peter. I suffer from sciatica. I originally booked in for a massage but after explaining my condition to Peter we opted for acupuncture and a massage. Almost immediately after placing the needles in my sciatic pain subsided. Even today (morning after) my pain has went from around a 7 to a 1-2. I am truly hoping it lasts, i will definitely be returning 😊. You can tell Peter loves what he does and he is very knowledgeable, even offering advice for self help remedies at home.

Great acupuncture and massage experience. 2 treatments in and already a noticeable difference.

I love going to Peter. He is so nice. I have sore knees and sometimes my neck is tight. But he does acupuncture and massage, Reckae, reflexology. Lots of things. So go and c him him. I had acupuncture today cause I had problems with my knees had it twice. Vast improvement. Thank u Peter

I took advantage of the winter warmer offer which involved a lovely foot bath followed by relaxing ion the warm massage bed for a hot stone massage. This was a fantastic experience- Jade works her magic every time. She so skilled- I always leave feeling relaxed. I can’t recommend her enough!
