I had a reiki session with Denise about a month ago. The session itself was a deeply calming experience and I left feeling at peace and more grounded. Before the session she asked me to write down a couple of things that I wanted to bring healing to and discard if it after the session and since then there have been so many shifts in areas I was feeling stuck.
