OMG had a crisis this morning both calves cramped out, managed to tame the right however the left had to go with the flow. The massage today was very complimentary especially my glutes thank you. Oh and the food discussion spot on.

My calve muscles were extremely tensed I felt pressure when doing low squats and the glutes gave me grief. Though didn't realize how tensed the left calve muscle was and where cupping was involved to loosen tissue. Heck, it works. Again, there is lots of tension in the upper region and cupping used. Awesome techniques used. Thank you

My first time here and definitely won’t be my last! Had a 30 minute therapeutic massage by Vhenzu and she was amazing!!!! Most relaxed I’ve ever felt, Wish I did 1 hour. Came to my appointment with a bad headache and left with none. Amazing customer service, can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend!!
