Accommodated my request for no mint products. Dermaplaning was fine. Massage was great! Hadn't done an LED mask before - would not recommend the red (too blindingly bright), but the green was no problem. Think there used to be a hydrogel mask add-on instead of the LED, but that wasn't on the list this time - I might request that instead of the LED if it's customisable next time.

I had Bec for my dermaplaning and she was absolutely amazing!! Was amazed at the results of the facial in the end and so so happy with everything from start to end! Beautiful salon and beautiful professionalism and attitude during the treatment! Will definitely be booking in again!!

I can highly recommend Cobra for powder brows. After a couple of bad experiences she colour corrected my dark brows to a beautiful medium brown and the shape is amazing.

It's been the second session that I have had with Jasmine and she has done such an amazing job. Jasmine is really knowledgeable and welcoming and the rest of the team are to. I am really impressed with the results of having dermaplaning- I don't think my skin has ever been this healthy in such a long time. She also did an wonderful job with my brows. I look forward to coming back next time. Thank you :)

Overall, pretty good, and may return! Some very minor room-for-improvements: Think the cleanser after the dermaplaning contained mint, which I really do not like. And unfortunately the bottle of water they gave me before the appointment (I drank half of it) leaked in my bag - the seal must've been a bit finicky at the sides, because I thought I'd screwed the lid back on tightly.

Jaz was amazing and was super helpful in helping me get my at-home skincare sorted in preparation for my wedding next year! She laid out all my options in front of me and was incredibly educational so I could make the wisest decision for my skin and my goals. Can’t wait to keep working with her over the next year leading up to my wedding!
