It was my first visit to the spa and Katie was amazing! She listened to where my niggles were and adapted the massage to what was required, using the right pressure throughout. I will definitely be back 😊

My new favourite place for massages! I’ve had 2 now from different women and both were absolutely amazing. Jo did my first one and I have to say it was the best massage I’ve had in a long time! Katie did my second massage and she was also amazing! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and this is clear when you receive your massage, as not only is it relaxing but you can tell they are working the knots and muscles expertly. I will definitely be coming back, thank you!

Lizzy is great. Excellent deep tissue massage. Lovely relaxing, warm treatment room. Highly recommend.

Lizzy seems to know exactly where to find the trouble spots and massages with just the right amount of pressure. I always feel looser and wonderfully relaxed afterwards.

Lizzy provides a relaxing therapeutic massage which is particularly good for myofascial pain. She always takes into consideration individual needs and adjusts each massage to the current prevalent condition. Excellent all round.

Thanks to Lizzy, my aches & pains have vanished. Yet again, a wonderful massage therapy session, which has removed all knots & relieved tension in places I didn't realise were stiff. If you have sore muscles or a painful back Lizzy intuitively targets the right places to ease the discomfort. I came away feeling lighter & able to stand taller, whilst incredibly relaxed.
