Booking cheveux by Cindy was the best decision I've made. She arrived on time, fully equipped and with a smile. What impressed me was that while braiding she would check if the client ( me) was satisfied. Her technique is on point and she does it with care. Her Great attention to detail and clean lines left my daughter and I looking like stars! As she braided she gave me tips to maintain and grow my hair - a true professional who cares. Cindy was prompt with excellent communication throughout and she fully understood what I wanted. She went above and beyond and the finished hair style is more pleasing than I expected. The speed at which she did my starter locs was very efficient inspite of all the interruptions caused by my kids. She was very patient and understanding. Her conduct is professional and personable. Her setup is also very professional and gives the in salon pamper day experience whilst being in the comfort of your own home. Excellent customer service from booking to completion. I wholeheartedly recommend her.
