Was made to feel very welcome immediately, was offered refreshment. Arrived just before my appointment and was able to be seen even though I was early. Was asked if I wanted it cut shorter or if I wanted any product before I left

Sarah was amazing as always at getting my eyelashes into a beautiful look and feel. Always making me feel so comfortable and relaxed so I can enjoy the ‘me’ time away from work and family commitments.

I really enjoyed having my nails done and look forward to coming back later in the week for my eyelash extensions.

Had a brow lamination and eyelash lift and tint with Jess today. Super professional, beautiful Lounge and so pleased with the results!!
