Beautiful calming atmosphere, the receptionist was very warm and welcoming. The lady offering drinks was very accommodating. Huma who did my facial has a great skill set and the overall experience was good but to give constructive feedback is to improve Communication. To make sure to prepare the client when about to do something painful, to check on the client when doing a procedure that is painful. To inform the client even before the procedure of the steps or quietly prompt during the procedure so it is not a surprise.

Brand new facility, super polite staff, excellent equipment. I did the Korean facial, including a detailed skin analysis, and it was great. I got the facial process explained before; during the facial, though, it would have been great to know what is happening next (now I am going to do XYZ, it might be a bit cold, and now I am going to do XYZ, it might be a bit tingling, etc.). The price is somewhat on the higher end, but the overall experience was good, and I will go again.

I recently had a facial with Huma and it was truly exceptional. From the start, her professionalism stood out as she thoroughly explained each step and tailored the treatment to my skin’s needs. The atmosphere was incredibly calming, and I felt fully relaxed throughout the session. Amazing manicure and pedicure service at Casa Aire. The space is relaxing and calming with beautiful interior design and attention to details. The level of service by Adelina was very professional, attentive, and high-quality. Deborah also provided great service, bringing a selection of delicious beverages throughout the treatment.
