Deep tissue massage with Alina is exceptionally intense - she works instinctively and reaches imbalances, tension, tightness, shortened and stiff muscles as well as knots that one isn't even aware of. I have a chronic lower back problem and love that she works very like a physiotherapist, stretching and manipulating arms and legs to address restrictions and discomfort in the body. It's a brilliant treatment that frees up the whole body

Had a wonderful massage with Stephanie this morning, which made feel relaxed but also energised. I tried quite few massages before but due to my skin condition it was hard for me to find the one which would suit me, so a massive thank you, I am looking forward to the next one and would definitely recommend it! Stephanie has a great sense of how much pressure to use and makes the overall experience really great!

I’ve seen Roberta before for a lymphatic drainage and was blown away with her skill. Had a abdominoplasty and lipo done and went back. Left walking better, feeling great. She is great at what she does.

Wonderful to be here again . I rely on Steff to keep me together and have been seeing here regularly for quite a few years. She is friendly and knowledgeable, skilful and welcoming . After breaking my leg in 3 places and having a replacement knee I rely on her to help me as I age. I am determined to to stay very active and to enjoy life.
