Having suffered a spinal fracture and then receiving a diagnosis of PMR my 10 sessions with Catherine have been vital for my recovery both physically and mentally. Catherine has helped me understand my body and the messages it is sending me, and has tailored each exercise to everyday tasks. I am now feel able to continue with 'normal' life and confident enough to return to my weekly pilates classes with Catherine after the Summer. Thank you so much for your support and input Catherine.

Catherine always takes the time to review how I've been doing over the previous week and works the session around things that I want to improve. I always feel safe and confident in her presence which enables me to achieve more that I expect.

Amazing treatment with Catherine. I was in a acute pain through my body, ( Fibromyalgia flare up) and came out feeling so happy , lighter and in way less pain! Slept like a baby too . I highly recommend people with chronic pain to see her.
