Always an excellent session with Pete - the knowledge, care and advice is always spot on. I have never visited him at your clinic; I found it to be a lovely space within a really nice facility.

I suffer with tension headaches and migraines tried massage and medication but it didn’t help, I had a session of acupuncture with Sophie and she knew exactly what to do! It felt like a weight was lifted from my head and it was amazing! Thank you Sophie you are really knowledgable and helped me so much! I feel like I’ve got a new head! Wow I’m so amazed, I’ll see you again soon!

My session with Pete today was all a bit of a revelation really! I learned so much and have a far greater understanding of the problems I have been experiencing. Having not had full neck rotation to the left for as long as I can remember I left the session being able to look back over my left shoulder!! Amazing!

Fantastic professional service as always, quick to identify and treat the problem and a comfortable friendly atmosphere.

Mentioned to Lucy that session should be renamed relaxology instead of reflexology 🤣

It’s my first time having a sports massage so I wasn’t sure what to expect! Sophie put me at ease, explained options & talked through each stage. I greatly enjoyed it and am still feeling the benefits 2 days later. Highly recommend & will definitely be back in the future.

Livi was great, diagnosed the problem, went through the exercises I needed for recovery and massaged my shoulder which really helped following those exercises.

Another great massage yesterday with the lovely Livi. I had a good night’s sleep and woke this morning with my body feeling lighter and much improved range of movement. Thank you Livi. I will be back. 😊
