Hi I’m giving Lydia 5* as she is very professional at her job. Excellent eyelashes and Lydia is always very polite. I’ve knocked one star off the overall experience as when I was having my treatment all I could hear was hairdryers running and chatting even with both doors closed. That spoilt my relaxing treatment. Let’s hope this can be rectified as the noise is very off putting for the customer.

Amazing best place I've ever gone to, got my eye lashes lifted and tinted and bows and dye/cut/wash it was a luxury experience and the staff are just lovely and very helpful and understanding defo gonna be my beauty/solon 100% very happy with the results they are fire 🔥 my confidence has gone up so much and I'm definitely gonna rock the dance floor when I get back to work thankyou to the lovely staff at brookside xx

I’m so over the moon with my hair! I didn’t really know how it would turn out after not being at the hairdressers for over three years. Nice chilled yet busy vibe, all the team are on their game making sure everyone is happy and checking colouring etc. I loved looking around at different hair colours drying/styling with my fingers crossed hoping mine was going to be just as nice! I had a reasonably quick service to say I’ve got soooo much hair I’m surprised you managed it 👏🏻Thank you so much again to the team for my new look! New Year, New Hair- who dis?
