I enjoyed the experience, I was treated well & my hands with care. However when it came to nail art (I booked simple for 2 nails), I was told by the nail tech that she doesn’t do nail art. A bit odd and disappointing, so this should be checked. But overall still good.

As always, I am thoroughly impressed with my regulat nail gel treatment! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Colleen, the nail technician is highly skilled, paying attention to every detail and ensuring my nails were perfect. The quality of the gel was excellent – durable, glossy, and beautifully applied. The entire team are professional and friendly, making the whole experience enjoyable. I always leave the salon feeling pampered and extremely satisfied with the results. Today, for the first time after many appointments at Shenanigans, I returned to have my nails fixed after they became damaged just one night after my last visit. I was initially disappointed to see them deteriorate so quickly, but I’m very pleased with how the team handled the situation and provided assistance.

Everyone is super friendly and they know what they are doing. I’m am very happy with how my nails look like. The only thing: the back of my nails weren’t properly cleaned off. There are rests of glue and gel.

Booked the mother/daughter bff deal. Colleen and Melody helped us and were friendly. Our gel nails came out well. It would have been nice to know up front that a nail design wouldn’t be possible. My mom couldn’t even do an ombre (or pay extra for it), because the staff member wasn’t in-house at that point. There were at least 7 technicians there and none of them could do an ombre? Suggestion to change the music - not everyone likes afrobeat and seeming that it is a nail salon for relaxation, some calmer music would do the atmosphere justice.

Fazlin and Jamie are excellent branch managers who ensure clients are well taken care of. Colleen is my beautician and she is highly qualified in various forms of polygel and acrylic nail work and I go to her repeatedly because I trust her with my nails. The prices are quite reasonable and it is such a refreshing experience.
