Went for a deep tissue massage after experiencing pain in my right shoulder. Iwona was great and really knowledgeable about how muscles nerves and tendons all interlink across the body. She showed me on wall charts what was happening and got to work sorting things out. I was really pleased with the results and will be going back to ensure I don't get any repeat of this pain.

Only just had deep tissue massage with Iwona. Absolutely amazing. I can't recommend her enough. Felt like years worth of wear and tear were being zapped away. Every second of discomfort felt like pain saying goodbye. Highly recommended for any muscular issues. Fantastic. Thanks again Iwona Pete

I just came home, pain free after my second visit in 2 weeks to the Body Alignment studio. Chrosphero has worked extremely hard using different techniques to ease the pain in my knee and arm...dry needling and remedial massage to name a few, boy does he have some skills, Chros is a talented professional and I can't tell you how much I have appreciated his expertise in helping me improve my range of movement and easing my pain, I will be back to maintain his good work and would definitely recommend Chros and his team especially Lyn who made me feel at ease throughout the whole treatment. 🙌🏼

A good full hour massage really deep tissue massage. You know it’s a good one as you ache for a few hours afterwards. Iwona thank you. 5 stars would recommend and will be booking again in the future

I came to body alignment studio as I was having upper and lower back problems after pregnancy and they have sorted my issues out after a couple of sessions. It is a lovely atmosphere and the customer service is great I highly recommend this place to anyone that just wants a nice massage or to sort problems out, my brother also had a lower back problem for a few years which has now been fixed and he feels great now.

The deep tissue massage from is Iowna is amazing, this is my 4th visit and I will keep coming back. I have fibromyalgia and trigger points and this definitely helps with the pain. I totally recommend her.
