I'm someone who is at the bottom of the list for salon procedures. I've neglected my face for the longest time. Went in for DR. Renaud's facial..Bhumika was so gentle and patient and didn't even mind the tedious task one bit. In my experience salons are like therapy sesh with the only difference being negative feedback. But at ombre they make you feel comfortable, take care of you and are there for you. No unnecessary marketing and selling and unwarranted comments. Thanks for reinstituting my faith in good salons!

Hygiene and cleanse is so good and they always use quality products especially Skeyndor products for Facial. Since I arrived in Dubai, I haven’t tried any other salon. The staff here are incredibly kind and accommodating. I've experienced their nail and eyelash extensions, regular mani-pedis, and my personal favorite—waxing. If you're looking for the best, ask for Ate Gigi. She's gentle and does an exceptionally clean job with waxing.
