I'm someone who is at the bottom of the list for salon procedures. I've neglected my face for the longest time. Went in for DR. Renaud's facial..Bhumika was so gentle and patient and didn't even mind the tedious task one bit. In my experience salons are like therapy sesh with the only difference being negative feedback. But at ombre they make you feel comfortable, take care of you and are there for you. No unnecessary marketing and selling and unwarranted comments. Thanks for reinstituting my faith in good salons!

First time I tried last June and definitely I came back for how many times until now. First impression, salon was absolutely clean and love the ambiance Second staffs are friendly and professional they know how to handle and taking care of their customers Third services Yes I love my nails love the polygel transformation for my nails special thanks to Ate Edna and Macklyn for my pedicure and massage, Underarm wax was great & based on my experienced after waxing I didn't experienced the itchiness and redness in my underarm thanks to Macklyn lastly for my haircut, thanks for Rachelle loved it!

Hygiene and cleanse is so good and they always use quality products especially Skeyndor products for Facial. My second visit to Samarz and once again I was welcomed so warmly. I returned for my mani with Nozima who did a beautiful job on my nails. I can not stop looking at them. My pedi with Alesya was relaxing and my feet feel like a baby. She really did a wonderful job and my toes are so pretty 😍 I decided to clean up my brows with Fatima and this girl is brilliant with threading. She really knew how to frame my face and I'm so happy.!! My brows are thick and tidy - i love them! Thank you ladies for helping me feel so special. I will be back!!! Much ❤️love to you all xx

Visiting from Friendswood, was greeted by the owner & introduced to the techs Mendo & Samjhana. Mendo went over questions about my skin care routine. Recommended to try the “HydraDermieLifting” facial. Was escorted to the facial room which was warm & relaxing as I settled into the excellent face massage prepping my face for the cleaning routine followed by a high tech machine that would first drain the lymph nodes & exercise the neck & facial muscles resulting in a nice lift. This was followed by another face massage that put me to sleep. This facial is fantastic! Highly recommend! Must try!
