Brilliant, Victoria made me feel very comfortable and she was v professional. Place was lovely and clean. The massage was amazing and I loved it. Pressure , oils everything was well thought out. Will try other treatments next time.

Kavanna listened, cut my hair as I requested and advised. Really lovely and kept conversation flowing. Complimented my hair tones. Really happy with hair and how settled after. Maja is brilliant. Thank you. Only downside of this appointment was the Company's refusal to honour the CHRISTMASTHANKYOU code which wouldn't work and couldn't book 30th Jan and then told go ahead and book, we'll adjust this end, but then wouldn't coz 30th Jan and 31st Jan ( all Jan) had gone so had to book 3rd Feb. Dreadful customer service.

Victoria was lovely and explained everything really clearly. I had an acne facial and added on a face massage which I found thoroughly relaxing! The products smelt incredible and left my skin feeling fresh and revived.
