Jade is amazing! I see jade for my lashes and waxing and facials. She is incredibly knowledgeable , very professional and cares about her clients and the service she is providing and all aervices are delivered to a high standard. The salon environment is very relaxing and inviting and also cleaned to a high standard. I would 100% recommend Jade at essence for all beauty services! Thanks as always jade! See you soon!

Amazing service from Chloe as always! Chloe has worked with me since last summer on the blemishes, redness and scarring on my face. I’ve been going to kiara for my lashes for a few years now. I also have my nails done by her and have had micro blading, waxing and an amazing facial too! Kiara is very professional, gives great advice on the perfect treatments for you and always makes you feel relaxed and welcomed. Her attention to detail is fantastic. Hand sanitizer on entry, filled out a Track and Trace form and Nadia wore a face mask and sat behind a screen the whole time. Salon achieved my expectations surrounding COVID-19 regulations. Nadia has done Builder Gel on my nails, which I have had before and looks so lovely and natural and doesn’t damage my natural nails at all. My nails are really good quality underneath the gel.

Amazing treatment. I got the radiate peel which Chloe recommended after checking my skin. The treatment was very gentle on my face and I felt very comfortable throughout. Can’t wait for the next one !!

I have been going to fran for a while now , Fran is great with the treatments I have done She take her time get to know your face and what you like and always listen to what you want and dose a great job 😊

the experience was amazing very relaxing the wax was quick and painless even though its only my second time waxing and im 22 weeks pregnant she made me feel very comfortable and at ease would 1000 percent recommend

The site was cold but the staff made every effort to keep me warm. The staff were friendly and accommodating. However the sink was not adjustable to cater for the smaller person. Thus the water went down my back and over my face. Which was not a good experience in a cold site.

Best waxing experience I’ve ever had! The lovely lady was so warm and welcoming, I felt at ease straight away. She kept me comfortable throughout the treatment and kept checking to see if I was ok which I really appreciated. The whole experience felt like I was getting waxed by motherly friend. Would HIGHLY recommend Ameira. I’m definitely returning!!!

Love my eyebrow tidy and tint. I explained to Tayla beforehand that I didn't want my lashes to be too glamorous as I didn't feel that they would suit my face. She knew exactly what she wanted to do and they were perfect, I've been so pleased with them. I would highly recommend.
