Paula was very welcoming and friendly. She discussed what products she was going to use for the facial I was booked in to get. I’ve had a massage/winter spa experience with Stacey before and this time around I had the best facial and massage with her. Stacey is amazing - she makes you feel so comfortable, is super friendly and is really talented at what she does. Amazing facial with Gillian

Thanks Pauline for my facial experience today.A true professional.The laser machine was not working but Pauline saved the day & gave me micro needling & mesopherapy . My skin feels very plumped up & very smooth. Thanks again .
