I had the most amazing facial with Pauline today. She had done a facial treatment for me a few months ago and recommended products from the Aveni range. My skin has improved so much that I am getting wonderful comments on it. Today Pauline introduced some new products to today's facial and my skin looks and feels super hydrated. I will definitely be making facials a regular treat for myself. I would highly recommend Pauline, she has so much knowledge and experience, and also is so friendly and easy to talk to. My first experience in cloud 9 was only a couple of months ago and I don’t know how I wasn’t going here sooner. From the minute I walked through the door, the warmest welcomes and the best craic. I’ve had a spray tan(which lasted AGES ) and nails done and both have been exceptional. Special mention to Pauline and Jessie who have went above and beyond! If I could rate it higher I would. First thing I did when I came home from New York was book a facial with Melissa. She’s phenomenal. My skin always looks incredible after she’s finished with it. Couldn’t recommended her more.

Kiara was amazing and a wealth of knowledge. I had previously had the signature facial and loved the way it left my skin for weeks after. I was really disappointed with the after effects of this facial. No change or difference in the glow facial.
