Tonight I had the best facial I’ve ever had, a dermaplane & chemical peel by Michelle. Michelle was brilliant and talked me through every step of the journey we are on to get my skin sorted and I highly recommend her as she really knows what she’s talking about. Can’t wait to visit again!

What a fabulous experience at Black Heart this evening with Jan. My daughter bought me a voucher for Christmas which I used. Full body Reiki massage, facial & Indian head massage. In total 2 hours. Best 2 hours I’ve had to myself in a long time. Jan made me feel so relaxed, she definitely has magic hands. She’s is lovely & calming. Overall experience was 100% from start to finish & great value too! I would definitely recommend Jan & her magic hands.
