It was a calm and relaxing environment and I found Kirsty to be very professional, along with great equipment and products. I thoroughly enjoyed my facial. Different to facials I've had before. Liked the face mask with what felt like rollers going over my face, very calming. Also the neck and shoulder massage was lovely
