Beautiful hotel, excellent facial, lovely facilities. I had a very lovely birthday. The staff made my day very special, particularly my therapist Achali (first class treaatment). Finished the day sipping gorgeous wine from the hotel bar overlooking the coastline. Could not have asked for more....

I had a lovely time! I was pampered and looked after with kindness, respect and sensitivity. The only thing that could be improved would have been to allow me to shower to shampoo my hair as I was meeting friends for lunch in the bar. While the hour facial is lovely, it is an extravagance and at £95 one of the most expensive in the area. It would have been a nice gesture to allow an hour access to the pool rather than charge an extra £20.

This was my first ever facial and it was absolutely amazing. Lucy is super lovely, friendly and professional and the space was cosy and welcoming, not to mention the products used smelt amazing and have left my skin feeling so lovely and soft, will be back very soon :)

Had a wonderful and most relaxing Me Time treatment with Lili which comprised of a therapeutic back massage and a skin toning and moisturising facial. Arrived really stressed and left extremely calm and relaxed. Shall certainly be returning for more of these and other treatments !

Such a lovely experience from start to finish. The facial was so relaxing and tailored to my skin type. Even came with a massage which was perfect. Kirsty is so knowledgeable & passionate in the field and gave me tips on how I can improve my skin care regime. Couldn’t recommend enough. Will be back again & again!

I really cannot recommend Rhiannon enough. She is so incredibly warm and welcoming. I booked in for another facial as my results last time were amazing, my skin glows for such a long time afterwards and I can really see and feel the difference in my complexion. Rhiannon takes the time to talk me through everything she does and how it will help my specific skin. I also had filler in my lips and the woman is an artist. This is my second time having filler and I’m so grateful I have found someone I can trust my face with, I was really nervous before in case anything went wrong but Rhiannon 10/10

Danielle gives the best massages and facials … an hour and a half of total relaxation; she’s absolutely brilliant.

I absolutely loved my hydrafacial. I’ve never had one before but Rhiannon talked me through the process and explained a the benefits specific to my skin type. My skin is incredibly grateful for a much needed pamper, I’m going to book in monthly to really soak up the benefits. I cannot recommend Empress Aesthetics enough, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face!
