Had a cracking time! I had a pinched nerve in my shoulder and wondered if a back massage might help, Rachel got me in to see her quickly and had my shoulder popping and cracking in no time - she is not only a first class reflexologist but she absolutely knows what she’s doing with massages too - thanks Rachel xx

Rachel is such an amazing lady. I absolutely love her.! I’ve been seeing Rachel for a good few weeks now for various reasons, the main one is pain in my lower back & leg. A fantastic treatment as ever. Rachel is always highly professional, friendly and welcoming and her knowledge and expertise is outstanding. Rachel is helping me with my current burnout, and supporting my body heal, I can certainly feel the benefits after every treatment I have. I love that I get to say how often I want to come, there is never any pressure from Rachel to have any treatment or up selling, I can chat or I can be quiet during the session, it's all very calming and relaxing.
