I went for a consultation and I was assigned to Faye, she was very professional, cut a little hair for testing and did a patch on the beck of my neck as well, she also raccomended to wait for extra highlights because my hair were too damaged (prob in other places they would have just done it to have extra money) On tuesday she Faye guided me through the full process (I had to fix my hair cos they were fried, literally from a previous treatment in another place). The final result was astonishing. She did perfectly everything i wanted: color and cut. Defo raccomanded and going back when i need

I had my hair appointment with Kim today and I absolutely love my hair!!🥰 I asked for a full set of highlights and she did exactly what I asked. Kim's colored my hair twice now and she gives the best advice on how to maintain my colour and look after the health of my hair (my hair hasn't felt this healthy in such a long time!) I cannot express how grateful I am for my experience today! After a past hair disaster, I walked in feeling so insecure and anxious, but this amazing stylist worked miracles! She truly listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly that. Situations like this can feel so daunting, but from the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. The salon itself was clean, warm, and spacious, and the atmosphere was so welcoming. Honestly, I felt like I’d known her for years! We need more safe spaces like this—thank you for making me feel confident again! I’ll definitely be back.

Wonder was excellent, going to a new hairdresser is always a bit nerve wracking. But I was made to feel as if I’d been coming for years. Highly recommend.
