The service provided is really good, the only thing that is frustrating is that the person providing the service is always trying to include additional treatments onto what you have asked for. The package bought was for a haircut, threading & 20min relaxing treatment. The barber was made clear on this by my husband & the receptionist. Besides trying to push a facial, he also tried to add a "beard trim" to the bill. Thankfully the receptionist intervened & told him "we told you what the client is here for." Having this happen is really irritating & makes you think twice about coming back.

My hair treatment was excellent! Guli was doing an exceptional job, she pays attention to the small details, making sure my hair look amazing. She explained step by step what she is doing and delivered exactly as she promised! I am absolutely satisfied with her and I am definitely coming back!
