Amazing experience as a first time client. Heather took care of me. Gave me for what I asked for which was a refresher haircut. I opted in for a hair wash and it was incredible. It felt amazing. I definitely will be returning! :)

I’ve been on the hunt for a great hair salon since I moved to Niagara Falls, and Fresha led me straight to Rustic Roots Hair Lounge. Jennie gave me a fantastic haircut, and Heather did an amazing job with my hairstyling. They’re both incredible! I absolutely love my new look, and I’ll definitely be back. Jennie did my hair and she did an awesome job! I had highlights and curtain bangs done in the GTA, and they didn’t leave the foils on top long enough and my bangs were too blunt and she fixed it exactly how I wanted them. 10/10!

Jennie and Heather are always so pleasant and fun. They’re always smiling and make their salon so welcoming, and Jennie has always done beyond fantastic work with my hair! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
