I can't say enough good things about their customer service. Cris was absolutely amazing! She really listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond to deliver results that exceeded my expectations. Not only did she give me a fantastic look, but she also took the time to explain how to properly care for my hair at home. Her attention to detail is truly commendable. Wow! I have been searching for the right person to do my hair, and the stars aligned when I met Erica. She spent a good 7 hours doing my balayage and color correction. My hair feels and looks amazing. She is also very sweet and hard working. I will be coming to her again for sure!

Cris is amazing, it's been a long time since I found someone who honestly cared about my hair. I came to Cris with my hair in very bad condition, and after the treatment my hair looked much better that day. After several weeks it has improved incredibly, I recommend her with my eyes closed.
