I had a consultation with Gemma and she was very welcoming and friendly. She listened to my hair concerns and hair history. At the end of my consultation she explained how much it’s going to cost. I’m so excited for Wednesday and I know I’ll be in the best hands.

Amazing as always! Gareth is now our family hairdresser after doing such an amazing job on my hair. My son hates having his hair cut and is never happy with the style. Had a lovely first time experience at black house salon with chelsea , who was an amazing stylist. she was very attentive during the consultation process and ensured i was satisfied with all aspects of the haircut and style. I absolutely love what she did with my hair and will be sure to return in the future.

Had a consultation and appointment with Robbie. Wanted a change from a dull think wispy long " bob" to a refreshing shaggy mullet. Robbie was great , went through it all and really got good understanding of my idea, and my (very fine )hair and what needs to be done . Friendly atmosphere, great service, so glad i finally decided. Very happy with my hairdo! Thank you very much !

I visited Jenny for a weave refit and wash, once again Jenny delivered a professional, friendly and respectful service. Jenny wants you to achieve the best for your hair and encourages you with her knowledge how to maintain your hair. I am so happy I started visiting Jenny’s hair studio I highly recommend a visit. I cannot praise the team enough! I've had so many bad experiences with hairdressers I was so anxious for my appointment. But I couldn't have trusted a better human with my hair than Gareth. Robbie takes care of my hair. It was very damaged (bleach) when I first started seeing him and the combination of the cut and a non bleach lightener has worked wonders. Brilliant hairdresser and knowledgeable and approachable too.

I had a hair consultation with Jenny and she gave me advice on what to do with my hair. Jenny was very welcoming, patient, polite and friendly. Looking forward to my next hair appointment with her.

Jenny and the other lady were welcoming. I went for a hair consultation prior to having a weave. Jenny took her time to show me what hair I would like for my weave and how to define the curls. I can’t wait to get my hair done
